Looking for a 7x LED SRK with *SHELF* - please confirm if you bought one

Hi all,

I’m very happy with my 7x SkyRay King clone from Fasttech and want another one of this kind. It has a shelf, but I bought it 1 year ago and they well might have changed the design by now.

A shelf is usually a screw-in metal plate like pictured in this thread - left piece in the picture. Here is another example with a different shelf in a 3x SRK:

Has anyone bought either this Fasttech SRK or a different 7x SRK lately and could confirm how it’s built?

7x LED is set, by the way, allows for a marvellous tint-mix of 1+3+3 LEDs. By far the best resulting color of all lights I have.

I hope for more reliable answers…

The days when we could ask the FT reps for specs and they would test or measure are long gone. And FT wouldn’t necessarily know when a manufacturer changes the interieur of a flashlight.

I’m not bound to this model from FT, I’d be happy for any 7x SRK with confirmed shelf.

Got a real cheapie ($15) from EBay on order, for a looong time now
Ordered it because the pics show a different head design)
Will report back when it comes
Tom E has a $20 SRK with 7 LEDs on order and will tell me what the shelf situation is she that arrives.
