Looking for a glass lens 100mm or slightly larger

Looking for a glass lens 100mm or slightly larger. The closest I’ve found so far are the 112mm lenses on fasttech. They’re a bit bigger than I would like. Has anyone seen anything closer to 100mm? Flat glass, not aspheric, plano-convex, etc.

Something like this might do. The lens is easy to remove.
