Looking for a good charger for power bank, (NO battery charger !)

Hello,

I am looking for a good charger to charge power banks (or battery box), so NOT a battery charger.
The charger needs to be at least 2A output.
Which brands/models are known to be good?

The list is growing with about one each week and will continue to do so for at least 10 weeks.

I do also take suggestions about what chargers to review.

As long as it is fairly cheap stuff I have no problems with it . But do not ask for any rough test of/with my equipment (6½ digits DMM's, electronic loads, quality power supplies, SMU, etc. are not cheap stuff).
