Side-switch tube light options for Noctigon triple

I am looking for a “tube light” host for a build using the 20mm triple Noctigon. The Convoy S lights are great, except I would like a side e-switch. I say host, but I really need the switch to be pre-mounted, so a working light is probably my only option. It needs to be at least decent quality, and right around $15-20. I saw a mod where someone mounted an e-switch in an S2, but that is too involved for my skills. (edit: Here ) Are there any options out there?
