Looking for the best AA compact light with many modes.

I Have a ton of AA lights, including Sipiks of all styles.
I’m looking for a AA light, ( that works on AA Duracells or Eneloops, and can work of 14500s too if needed) that has no strobe or SOS, ( or atleast hidden ones) that has a moonlight/firefly mode, has at least 180 or more lumens on high, has a hat clip, XM-L emitter, and good quality.

  • So far the only light i can think of that is in that catagory is an Olight S15 Baton.
    Any other suggestions ?

Other than the lack of a reversible hat clip, the Zebralight SC52 might do the trick. I had the S15 and that is pretty nice too, but the belt clip meant tip up carry only.

I thougth about that one too, but the lack of a hat-direction clip and tail magnet is a deterence.

I own Zebralight SC1 and that’s great light.
Off course you can choose its little brother, SC52.

Here’s a few that come ridiculously close to your specs:

  1. The L10 comes with an XP-G2 or Nichia 219 which you may like. It’s super compact and 4 modes, including moonlight.
  2. How about the Xeno E03? I think it meets all your specs but moonlight.
  3. Thrunite Saber 1A, though no XM-L. It does have memory.
  4. Sunwayman V11R with AA extender, though it’s not quite as compact.
  5. Nitecore SRT3 with AA extender. It has a zillion modes (and red/blue too) but it’s bulky. It goes lower than the V11R and the red is even lower. Also is XML-2 I believe.

Zebralight H52w.
