This is a mod with luminous tape above 4 magnets 7x2mm on clip D4K emisar flashlight. The diameter thermoplastic is 8mm. You can use a lighter with care and distance to heat and shrink the thermoplastic.
The N52 magnets are from Tengrunfa Store Aliexpress and the luminous tape from AGG Exquisite Life Store Aliexpress.

What adhesive phosphorescent material are you using, and how do you like the hole punch? I’ve used a cheap AliExpress die punch set and the edges are never perfectly clean.
Yes in some cases the edges are not clean but no matter to me.
I have used luminous tape from aliexpress. Search for the photo.
The hole punch is with the tool in the photo I don’t remenber when store it. I believe was from a set of magnets construction set. About 5mm diameter circles do.
