Maybe posted in wrong spot mods please feel free to move...

There are no mods on the forum ...Moderate your own posts and don't ask or expect someone to clean up after you .

The only mod here is the owner and he's only one guy . BLF is self moderating which means you can edit /delete and fix what you post and at times some one who knows better or a friend here will tell you that you're screwing up . I think I've received a few of those PM's and sent out a few . Not a perfect system but it's worked for almost ten years

I would have been straight back on the bike going over that track.
The chances of finding the light go up to 100% if you go and find it

+1 . :+1: . If you don’t look there is Zero chance.

Everyone who did not fully read post #14 I found the light.

Oh, but get that clip, it is really good pic 3 green body picture # 3 above. Trust me clip it on bezel down, tailcap up and it is great!!

Sorry for the confusion, Mountain electronics has the clip you want.

See  :+1:

Yes, I was about to ride the path again, but I just knew none, and I mean none, of my lights, knives and even firearms clipped has NEVER left my body without my consent. Luckily for me some really loud Youttube videos did the trick. LOL!

I’m the same, got a little automatic checklist routine every time I stand up, leave or go somewhere else.
Keys, lighter, blade, wallet, phone, other.
I’ve never lost anything, even when drunk

First thing I do with all torches I buy.
Is remove the clips. Apart from the Slippy, Stainless BLF 348’s.
Clips are Annoying bloody things.

That way you ALWAYS put torch IN pocket and it safe.

Generally, I always do, too. The exception is the one on my MH20 and earlier UT20, because they were DC clips and let the lights ride loooooooow in the pocket.

Beats fumbling around for it, trying to figure out which is the shiny end and which has the switch, etc. Just quicker on the draw.

Which pocket? Sometimes I wish I lived in Alaska where I could wear a jacket year-round, but most of the year, I only have pockets in my jeans. A loose 18650 flashlight in a jeans front pocket is uncomfortable and creates a visually unpleasant bulge on my leg that can make certain people wonder if I really am that happy to see them. If I have keys in the same pocket, then the flashlight is going to get really badly scratched up. The pocket clip keeps it safe from keys and comfortably carried by using the structure of my front pants pocket.
