First you have to upload your pics to some sort of image sharing site like https://imgur.com/ then you can copy the link of your pics here (“Insert Image”).
Ahhh, so Instagram won’t work, got it. Hmmm okay, i guess I’ll have to consider Photobucket or something similar.

Yes, Photobucket will happily store and share your pictures for free, without you ever getting paid for it, or even knowing. What @Lobster tried to warn you about is that Photobucket will charge you a measly $399/yr if you want to include these same pictures in a post or thread in BLF (or elsewhere) by means of a LINK.
Or you can just slap “~original” on the end of the link and keep using them for free.
How does BLF not know about this?!
