After long search, I finally found a good holster for mid sized flashlights like MRV, KD RQ and Trustfire TF-R2. Nicely made, and even have a pocket for one 18650 or 2 CR123 batteries. On the left in the pictures is Trustfire TF-R2, in the middle is RQ and on the right is MRV.

Many of us have been looking for a holster of this size for ages, and the spare 18650 carry makes a good package even better... especially for XM-L power hogs. True that focal sux in a massive way, however for the price its well worth the risk. In for 3.

Is the battery case tight or is it easy for a battery to fall out?
I have mostly good experience with Focalprice. My last order took 9 days to arrive (ordered 6/8, delivered 6/17), but on average it took more, but nothing like 2-3 months (some orders from DX).
Yes, it is very tight, but only time will tell how long, because rubber will probably get loose over time.
