Would like to rig up something to hold a C8 sized light at the ready in my cars. Could be vertical or horizontal orientation.
Figured I can’t be the first one to try this… Any of you gents come up with anything clever already? Pics would be great if possible. Thanks in advance.

It's very useful once in a while, especially on roads that are not lit up well, and when you're looking for a specific house.
Btw, if you are not a cop (as I am not) these are perfectly legal, just so long as you drive with them in the turned in position, and don't use them obnoxiously.

Maybe a bike holder like this. Detach the top part if possible and mount it somewhere in your car...

That’s clever to use half that bike mount. I’m not sure if that might be too secure though? I want something that I can easily pull the light from, quick like. Know what I mean?
The mag-lite mounts are in the direction I think. If I could find the right diameter… wonder if the mini-mag one could be bent to work?

cheaper at web site …mini is like $8.50 a pair and I went through the process it shows $1.50 flat rate shipping.
