Steve, honestly there is no way I could say I had ever gotten screwed buying these Tenergy's from Marrsinc. Though the wrappers are a little thin for the $14 I have invested in these 4 protected batteries they cant be beat. A hell of a lot better than the Flame lottery and anything that's RED and has the BR549 or whatever number on them. I'll let you know how they hold up over time
