This light makes some extraordinary claims that require extraordinary evidence to back up.
Assuming 100% efficiency converting blue laser light into white light, and assuming a very optimistic spectral efficacy of 350lm/W, 7000lm translates to at least 20W of blue laser output. There ain’t a single widely available diode that can run this power continuously, so it’s probably several lasers all pointing at the same patch of phosphor, which raises the question of how much power density the phosphor can handle.
If this light works reliably, it would be a massive development.

It’s gonna be hard to find someone to tear down a $2000+ light, but I’d have mad respect for anyone who does! I am very curious about the light; the beamshots look reasonable, and I don’t see any obvious inconsistencies within the listed specifications.

It seems to be a Ukrainian development to spot drones at night. The LEP Module is from blue lake.
I have not checked if any or which module could fit the specs. It also might not be listed at all
