Nealsgadgets C02 Camping Light Review

The Nealsgadgets C02 Camping Light is a relatively big bulb-shaped lantern with Cool White, Warm White, and RGB lighting. It has touch sensors to adjust the brightness and to select a colour. Is it better than an Olight Sphere? It is definitely bigger!

Nealsgadgets provided this camping light for review. I have not been paid for this review nor have I held back my opinions of this camping light.

Wow, I didn’t know the Olight spheres are that small! I always thought they had the size of the C02.

Nice. Seems like a compelling Olight alternative. Is the battery replaceable at all, or is it designed to not really come apart again?

It’s designed not to come apart.

Shame. Maybe something for a C03.

It looks like it is roughly 3-1/2in diamter x 3in high. That’s really similar in size to the Obulb Plus at 3.15in diameter x 2.9in high, but while the Obulb Plus has the Bluetooth and other fancy features as the Sphere, it has a 2000 mAh battery. This C02 lantern’s 5200mAh battery should give it significantly more runtime.

The Sphere is only 2.36in diameter x 2.15in high, with 700mAh battery. It’s a very neat little gadget of a lantern, but I think of it as more for accent lighting, while the C02 seems morer in the same category as the Sofirn LT1s, which is 2.7in diameter x 3.8in high.

The only of the above that I own is the Sphere:
