need help dealing with dx

Got my refund today... after contacting live chat again |(

Previously (quite some time back) I mostly bough from DX or Dino until:

1) Dino promoted a Christmas Sale of 50% off, but actually raised the original prize almost double first. Bye bye !

2) My order with DX showed 'order pending' for weeks and finally asked me to cancel the order. I tried to open a ticket without sucess. Then DX told me to seek help in the Forum. After a war with those so called moderator, I decided better go to Paypal for a dispute. I got the refund in 2 days !

Now both sites are blacklisted in my book.

Best advice ever. Once i cancelled my order and i wish i never did. Took them 3 months to refund me.

I have filed a dispute to Paypal for DX non-delivery one week ago & received a full refund today!

I have said it many times in this forum: If you have a problem with ANY

HK seller, file a dispute with PayPal and eventually raise it to a claim later.

Dont let yourself be screwed by trying to solve the problem by contacting

"customerservice". In most cases they will give you a runaround, or offer

you a 2$ compensation for a 20$ light.

This is very good advice and words that I live by.
