need help in buying usb tester with accuracy

I never used any usb tester.
I want to test new batteries for mobile, power bank and some small batteries for diy electronics.

My priority is to only measure mAh capacity, voltage and ampere, time taken to charge, and 10-100 records storage (as sometimes powerbanks are above 50000 mAh, and it may take 10+ times to discharge).

Earlier I decided to buy Fnirsi FNB38
Now FNB58 is latest.
But all these features are not really necessary for me except accuracy.
If accuracy is best in all circumstances I will buy FNB58.

Can anyone suggest best accuracy USB tester?

I use an AVHzY CT-3 connected to a Windows PC and take measurements using a micro USB connection. I don’t use Bluetooth.

I tried some RD TC66 and UM25C but the software sometimes resets. This isn’t great when trying to record for hours.

The software has more measuments (capacity etc).
