New Black Flat X - Possible highest intensity LED?

Anyone tested or tried the new Osram Black Flat X?
Seems like a successor to the Black Flat S, which was a successor to the original Black Flat…

According to the datasheet it seems to have on average a 1.4x higher brightness than the 1mm^2 white flat that people love (CSLNM1.TG) at the same current, but with similar thermal performance to the large 4040 footprint white flat (CULNM1.TG)

Theoretically this should allow it to easily reach over 1000lm/mm2 (320cd/mm2) and possibly close to 1500lm (480cd/mm2)
Although I have been out of these forums for a while and might have missed something I think this could possibly be the highest intensity non-LEP light source on the market?

Someone pointed out in another thread that this LED has slightly larger die area than the previous throw king white flat.

I went back and did some more research and put together a comparison of the top thrower LEDs from Osram.

The 3030 white flat actually has the smallest die area according to the datasheet (0.96mm square), giving it an advantage, while the Black Flat X has the largest of all of them (1.15mm square).

This actually makes the Black Flat S (not X) stand out because it has a much higher lumen range but the same die area as the other chips.
This puts the lm/mm^2 and therefore theoretically also the cd/mm^2 higher than the rest of the chips.

It also has very good thermal resistance, which is what determines how well it performs when overdriven.
On par with the new Black Flat X and the much larger 4040 white flat.
On paper, it should easily reach its peak at 6+ amps.

Overall, the new S and X chips have much improved output binning range with a higher minimum brightness, as well as significantly improved thermals.
For highest intensity (cd/mm^2) however, I predict the S will outperform the X, and likely also the white flat.
Hopefully someone can test it soon.
