New Build. 14500 Twisty.

Thanks again guys. I do have access to a sandblaster which I have used on another light. Which part would you sandblast?
The dodgy driver died last night. It went into a direct short somewhere. There is no burning on the housing but one off the chips looks a little sad. I need a driver that will handle voltages from .9 to 4.2 volts. Theres one at FT but its a little big in depth.

nice work there, I’m going to have to try some lathe work some time.

Thats a sweet little light. Nice work.

Very nice looking light.

Believe it or not, this light gave me more grief from drivers than any other light I’ve touched. The original 7135 driver died, the BLF Mini driver had the led wire break off the board not enabling me to reattach it, the second BLF Mini driver had the worst pwm on high with LiFePO4 batteries I’d ever seen so took it out. It ended up with another 7135 driver in it with enough chips removed to drop the output to 1.5 amps on high. Needless to say I could not get rid off it quick enough, sorry I mean this has gone to a new home along way away where I hope that it has a very happy long life.
