That’s a new one to me. Looks interesting though. I am needing a new charger and that seems to have lots of nice features. Might have to check it out. Thank you.
This looks like a rebrand or a clone of the ISDT C4 EVO.
Either way, get the original one from ISDT to be on the safe side in terms of quality and software updates. It’s cheaper, even:

Edit: I have the version without a display, the C4 Air. I really like it because it offers more features at a smaller size than other chargers. But it has coil whine that can be annyoing. And I think the capacity measurements from it are very unprecise.
Thanks @Xerionius I thought it might be a new one but it definitely looks just like the ISDT C4 EVO.
Is the Vapcell S4 Plus quicker?
Hmm…
Even if they charge at the same speed, the S4 Plus can handle four 21700 cells (instead of two) at once.
Still, it looks like a nice charger.
I think it would be good for someone with only a few lithium ion batteries.
Yep, I agree, and it does look like a very nice charger.
I still have my eye on the SkyRC or the touchscreen EBL TC-X. There’s a clone version of the EBL but I don’t remember the name of it.
I think it does not really make sense to compare these two because of the different features and different power inputs: DC barrel jack on the S4 Plus vs USB C PD/QC on the C4 Evo
Interestingly, the C4 Air has a higher maximum current of 4 A.
Another thing to consider is that you can’t charge a 14500 and a 21700 at the same time with the C4 chargers, because the horizontal slots are too long for the smaller batteries. At least not without stuffing something conductive into the slot to fill the gap.
If I’m in the market for a universal charger, I will look at all universal chargers that are available.
So I think it makes sense to compare a universal charger to any other universal charger, no matter what their differences are.
Fair enough. What I was trying to say was that if I’m in the market for a charger, the type of power input is such a fundamental property to me that I would very quickly rule out one or the other.
But of course that’s just my personal opinion and other things may be more important to other people.
Yeah, the specific power source doesn’t really make a difference for me.
I’ll be able to provide whatever power the charger needs.
I’m just interested in the best bang for your buck universal charger, but everyone is looking for something different.
Is this charger still being made? EBL does not list it on their website. Amazon US, CA, and DE list it as unavailable. I found it on Alibaba… but for $105. Description says nothing about 21700. It sounds good, especially with the PC connection. But I can find no reviews. For that price, you may as well get the MC3000. An established, well tested product that is still around since ~2005.
18650 battery store carries it under a different name. Epoch X4 Touch - LCD Touch Screen 4 Bay Battery Charger
I am not sure that this is good for support and warranty. EBL is pretty established, but third parties… ??
Again, If it were me, especially at the price, I would go with the MC3000… but I already have. I have 2 of them. So I am a bit biased.
