Is Crelant offering any kind of package deal on the light with the new collimator?
Right now the existing Collimator does not fit. They MAY have a redesigned one in a few weeks.
If they do offer one I will offer a special discount to anyone who has purchased the light from me before it was available like I did with the 7G5v2 when I first introduced that one.
Would be foolish of them not to offer it. Without the collimator head this light is another flooder, and it can't compete in output or price in that regard. With the aspheric head it has some potential as a midrange thrower, or to at least be pretty interesting.

I played with one a little tonight and it is actually pretty nice. HUGE central spot with a nice surround. Review sample’s will be going out soon.
Single, popped one into a very very old G2 and G2Z and runs nicely. Polished reflector
Looks handy. Light and beautiful at the same time.
I'm very curious in how it performs side by side with multi emitter comparable flood lights. It's probably a whole lot nicer on low modes since there is only one reflector & led so no unusual edges, just even light. Can't wait for a review :D

7G5MT has a very light texture reflector, 6P-L2 has a smooth reflector
Ive got mine, the UI changed a bit which more anti-skid, the side switch also better than 7G5CS and real tactical switch and the light covers a large range, but it really doesn’t match the aspheric head.
I did make a note on the website that the 7G5CH (head) does not fit.

I saw the headlight from their website, seems interesting, to be honest, Crelant have high cost-effective on their products. And their flashlights looks elegant, they are very congenial to my taste.
