That kind of price is not a catch, but a hook! You can spend more on a battery than the rest of the light! Thanks for the heads up on this Freeme!
Im in!
This would be great with a side switch!
Would have looked better and have improved cooling if it used a head styled like the x6.
Yes YES!
Though different (normally a plus for me) this head design seems off.
Looks like a good candidate for a XHP-,or multi-led’s.
Interested in a complete light and a host version too.
Great light XPL-HI NW please!
NW please
Interesting design… I wish they went with a larger head instead
Any new info about when will it come?
Interesting light. Assume it’s not available yet then?
I send a message asking Eagle Eye about ETA a couple of days ago the reply was :
Hi,friend,the next month.
I like the look and shape of this. Love the SS bezel. To be honest I’ve always thought the X6 felt odd to hold, tube a bit too short and I find myself holding mostly the head of it. I like the feel of the Luckysun BLF D80 better.
This looks like it will be nice to hold.
Looks like a good candidate for a XHP-
I agree and Eagle Eye should make this in a XHP version with NW, it would be good competition for the R50 Olight Seeker / Acebeam EC50
any idea on sales date?
I like the retro styling.
Bob
Well….too thick to mount, kinda heavy too, the good old X6 looks better also…no clip…i guess it wont be a “hit”
If the head was 55mm + when it could be a winner at some level, they dont have smth like this in their portfolio
I like it. I want to build it with an MT-G2 and two 26350. It has some runtime instead of two 18350 in a 18650 light with a 6V led.

Me too. Or with a XHP70. But for this LEDs an OP reflector were better. Please Eagle Eye - could you provide OP reflectors?
This looks like an as is light. Nice in current format very little room to mod. Body tube is 30mm’s on a 26mm battery. The head looks very light weight. This light looks to be seriously lacking in mass. As a 2.8-3.0 amp flashlight, it’ll be a winner in the Budget Circle. Small XP-G3 LED thrower, XP-L or XM-L2 throw/flood mix, 26650 battery I personally like it’s style and format. MT-G2, XHP50 and XHP70 need a beefier format.
Those wanting the latter or even a triple would be better served with a light starting off with a Convoy L2/L6 body tube type for mass and a thicker head. Maybe these little jewels http://www.cnqualitygoods.com/goods.php?id=2249 I emailed Ric a few weeks ago about them and he says they can be configured for four amps of output, no problem.
I think it looks odd because there usually isn't anything between a "tube light" and a "big reflector thrower" available in that format, so it could actually find a niche.
