hello everyone, I need your advice, I am looking to get an EDC flashlight for a maximum budget of €50/…it must be versatile/robust/good autonomy/good handling/resilient… .I’m currently looking at the Fenix e20 v2 2AA but I would like to have other suggestions from passionate people, thank you.
Does it have to take AA cells?
2AA is quite a long form factor, how do you anticipate “EDCing” it? Backpack/bag?
How about a 18650 or 21700 light?
AA or 2A if possible if electrical failure…Currently I’m hesitating between the Fenix E20v2 and Nitecore MT2A pro, I like the slim format. or other if better alternative
The AA Zebralight with 519a would be a good choice IMHO in probably a similar price range. Just a single AA Alkaline or NiMH. but you could use a Li ion for more oomph.
Merci, je ne suis pas très attiré par cette marque, ainsi que le format
For an AA light, you cant beat the TAC AA from Acebeam.
I’m also interested in the TAK AA but not much review… does it have good battery life? do you own it?
Ordered not received yet.
Why should I choose this one over the fenix e20v2 or nitecore mt2a pro?
I dont know.
You said “thanks but no thanks” nicely, in French. Appreciate that.
I can say I own or have owned Fenix and Nitecore lights, and, just overall build, feel, quality, I like Zebralights better, both flashlights and headlamps. I also like the simple Zebralight UI very much.
Good luck with your search.
Gotta be 2AA? Get the Acebeam Pokomon.
Comes with a double-length rechargeable Li cell with built-in charging board on the pointy end, AND can work from 2 AA alkaleaks in a pinch.
That 2AA Acebeam is nice with 519a but kinda heavy and stiff switch. I like my Wuben 2AAA penlight better but yeah runtime no comparison.
If anyone wants a very lightly used Pokomon let me know a trade or good deal would be in the offing.
I don’t mind the stiff switch, because at least the light doesn’t have those retarded “thumb guards” around it, whose only purpose is to dig into your thumb if holding the light the slightest bit off-angle.
THANKS! for your response. I saw a comparison between pokelit and fenix e20 v2, the fenix has incredible battery life. Would anyone recommend acebeam TAK aa? and the new nitecore mt2a pro?!?
Je vais finalement prendre un modele 2AA interface facile la fenix e20 v2 ou acebeam pocketlite 2AA, laquelle choisir entre les 2 et pourquoi ?

Did you get the TAC AA yet? Initial impression? It is $24 on Amazon right now looks like a good price if it is a nice light.
The TAC AA is my favorite AA light. So much batter than TS10 albeit much bigger.
Also Acebeam is considered a premium company similar to Fenix. Much better Q/C than Wurrkos.
pas beaucoup d’avis sur ce modèle et l’autonomie ? La fenix a un superbe autonomie sur AA
5000k ou 6500k votre modèle ? Pas plus d’avis sur le forum sur ces modèles ?
