Exactly this is the case here. I made a direct side-by-side comparison by both LEDs.

The vias patterns are definitely different between both chips. On the unknown LED, the vias are arranged much more densely, on the SFT-25R less densely. In terms of design, the LED chip of the unknown LED used in the Brinyte ZT40 is similar to that of a W5050SQ3, only with a much smaller diameter.
Also the LES is smaller on the SFT-25R, but not that much. Still a difference though. And the bonding wires of the real SFT-25R are thicker, too.
