I often see this word bandied about, no matter what you think of the cpf mods is Nazi the correct word? Do you actually know what it means? I think Not.
You actually devalue the meaning of the word by applying it to such mundane going ons.

Nazism (/ˈnɑːtsɪz(ə)m/; alternatively spelled Naziism),[1] or National Socialism in full (German: Nationalsozialismus), is the ideology and practice associated with the 20th-century German Nazi Party and state as well as other related far-right groups. It was also promoted in other European countries with large ethnic German communities, such as Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania and Yugoslavia.
Nazism originally developed from the influences of pan-Germanism, the Völkisch German nationalist movement and the anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture in post-First World War Germany, which many Germans felt had been left humiliated by the Treaty of Versailles.
German Nazism subscribed to theories of racial hierarchy and social Darwinism; the Germanic peoples—also referred to as the Nordic race—were considered to be the purest representation of Aryanism, and therefore the master race. Opposed to both capitalism and Marxism, Nazism aimed to overcome social divisions, with all parts of a racially homogeneous society cooperating for national unity and regeneration and to secure territorial enlargement at the expense of supposedly inferior neighbouring nations. The use of the name “National Socialism” arose out of earlier attempts by German right-wing figures to create a nationalist redefinition of “socialism”, as a reactionary alternative to both internationalist Marxist socialism and free market capitalism. This involved the idea of uniting rich and poor Germans for a common national project without eliminating class differences (a concept known as “Volksgemeinschaft”, or “people’s community”), and promoted the subordination of individuals and groups to the needs of the nation, state and leader. National Socialism rejected the Marxist concept of class struggle, opposed ideas of equality and international solidarity, and sought to defend private property.

To use the search function successfully in any group I have seen you just need to be psychic so you can know the words someone else used, preferably in the title, of a thread that discusses what you want to know. Of course some times, with the way threads wander, the info is in a post that does not even relate to an original thread title.
I don’t know about total traffic but you can be damn sure there’s actually more going on here than CPF (and also a much higher % of technical contributors to the hobby overall). Isn’t that what it’s all about, working together to advance the hobby, at CPF it’s about having the most money and trade secrets and beating the little guy. Want to check out what we do here? Also check out a new forum TFF . It’s owned and ran by JohnnyMac. It’s new so low traffic but very little advertising / vendor BS and I’ve seen zero talk of CPF!

the cpf i knew died years ago.got too big,too complex,and fell prey to all the problems getting that big and commercial causes.

Didn’t know what Godwin’s law was until I just Googled it, love it (lol’d), will use in the future…until some Nazi in an online forum has a problem with it
