This is the first LEP that I can use on the farm since it has a nice wide beam, it seems to be wider than a Convoy L21B with CSLNM1. Incredible build quality, but that’s not saying a whole lot when it’s not like I’ve reviewed a wide range of brands. I can say though, it has a very nice matte finish, excellent build quality without anything rough/sharp, design is very good and I just love the SS bezel with nano ceramic points, the purple AR coating on the glass also goes really well with it.
My negatives were the tactical ring placement being too far down the body, momentary strobe required too much pressure, and the battery is inserted in reverse.
Overall, it’s well worth the price in my books. First LEP I’d rather take out on the farm over a regular reflector based flashlight to achieve the same range. On the farm it’s just darkness, no lighting from street lights or distant buildings, so a narrow beam like other LEPs are completely useless.
