It look interesting, but some say it’s not compatible with rechargeables NiMH batteries…
You could get one of those 14500 LiIon with the buck converter on top so it only produces 1.5 volts. I have a few of them. They work ok. No warning on when they go dead though. They last a long time but when they go dead they do so immediately.
Oh, that’s a smart advice. Aren’t these made by Epoch? I think I ended up seing one of those a few months ago.
I’m not real sure on all of the companies that sell them. I bought a few made by EBL. Had a few remote controls that didn’t like the lower voltage of NiMh.
