Did you try any mods to this? Do you know what the standby drain is like, or if the PCB is double sided?
I came here to blf to praise this headlamp. I have quite a few enthusiast lights and a couple of headlamps, but this one is pretty amazing. I bought this for my partner so that she could read in bed with the red light. It is incredibly well made, light weight and compact (it couldn’t be made smaller or lighter). Very simple to operate - a dedicated switch for the red and another for the white. We’ve had it for a 6 months now, used nightly. I’ve just ordered another 4. Also, these are pretty cheap on ali express - it’s a model that has been around for a while now.
