Should, but it will be a bit slow. The Trustfire TR-005 seems to be one of the best options for faster charging 26650's. Beware the Trustfire TR-006 has had serious reliability problems reported.

Hey, Garry:

I have noticed that my TR-005 charges my TF Flame 5000mAh (protected) just fine, but the charger and cell heat up when I try to charge my unprotected King Kong ICRs, to the point where it makes me nervous to use it for the KKs. Have you noticed any issues? I just got my KK/Keeppower protected 26650s and I will try them on the charger this weekend.

I haven't noticed any issues. But then again, I don't own one. :)
