I am a Prop Buyer for the Film Industry and I am desperately on the hunt for 2 x Nitecore MT42 Flashlights to match ones we already have. These particular ones are sadly discontinued and I am finding it extremely difficult to locate any online wether new or used. Is there anyone here who perhaps has 1-2 they willing to sell? Or any leads on any vendors that miraculously have some in stock? Thank you! -Patti

You undoubtably have seen THIS already. It seems some of them are still around after 2018.

Yes. Sadly it is not actually able to be special ordered. Everywhere that does show them in stock does not actually have them in stock. The only place I cannot verify is located in Lithuania or something and I cannot seem to get a hold of them via online chat to confirm if they do in fact have stock. I am hoping I can find someone (or two people) that perhaps have have one and purchase theirs.

B&H has that model available for special order with delivery in 2-4 weeks.

They are a very reputable retailer who can ship worldwide. If you ever get a chance you should visit their store in NYC which is incredible.

Why not just buy 4 “cheapies for next day delivery” as it is just a prop anyhow? Or actually 4 decent flashlights that you could still get quickly and for less money than the 2 your are looking for?

It does not work that way in our industry. Also we camera test flashlights to so we can see if the DOP is happy with the light that they throw. This one was chosen, we have 3, just was. looking for 2 more for safety.
