NITEFIGHTER F22C

Anyone know anything about this light…?

I can find little information other than discovering how to order at least (10) of them, which I do not want to do just to molest one of them.
Though I did confirm that it is a shipping item from Nitefighter. (distro rep)

It is relatively simple and basic in shape, it could actually use a little more graduation from tube to head, but I just have an affinity for utilitarian inspired rugged lights with properly located switches. :stuck_out_tongue:

Properly located? The call it a tactical switch for a reason: the flash-bang technique!

How much are they? Maybe 9 others want one then you would only have to try 1

Shockingly, a significant number of people use flashlights for purposes other than gunfights. For some of those people, an underhand grip and side switch are more comfortable.

Then there is always this flashlight technique

You could use a side clicky like that couldn’t you?

You know…
I have used my Maglite for years just like is shown in (adnj)s pic…
The head is too big to slip through your hand and therefore your middle finger easily operates the side switch, especially for momentary flashing… and the bonus is that I have ~6” of weighted metal to crack someone over the head or break an arm if a scuffle ensues.

I think the term ‘tactical’ is being lost in marketing… ‘Tactical’ is a reference to the way something is used, not in the way it is designed…

@ SV: I think you are 100% right. Perhaps that is why so many smile at the term these days?

And who doesn't remember the good old days when tacticool was the HOT word at BLF...

I was taught advanced CPT with all kinds of lights, even a MiniMag! You turn it on and cradle the head in the palm of your hand. Throw your fingers up like your signaling okay. Fire.

I preferred Surefire and their 60 lumens over a bunch of other gear. It was the rear mounted forward clickies. Not to say that there is anything wrong with the other stuff; it’s just what I prefer.

If I am working under on the car, it doesn’t matter much much but I need to be able to turn a light on for just a few seconds at a time when I’m outside with the dogs or just walking around the house.

My property is just off to the left.

That is so tactiticool!!!

I prefer tactikewl
