Equivalent to which one, jimo? the D4sv2?
If thats the case, there is not anything too close, but this would be (in my opinion) the closest:

It's roughly the same size, and has 4 emitters. although the Emisar is about a half inch smaller, and the Mateminco has reflectors instead of using an optic like the Emisar uses. But the Mateminco is brighter, because it uses larger LED's.
ArtieT59 - did you ever get the raw EDC18? I see you on the interest list early on. If so, what do you think of it?
