No HTTPS?

Good day,

I’m pretty new here and noticed there is not HTTPS on the login form. That is, when logging in my username and password are sent to BLF in a plain text.

No, you’re not. These questions have been asked a few times. And answered, as a matter of fact.
I’m no IT wizzard, but changes involved would be huge, and the advantage next to nothing.
The answers given re-assured me.
Why don’t you look it up for yourself (there is a “Search” box in the upper-left corner).

Thats bad, at least the private messages and login need to be encryped…
