I already have the one on the left BQ-CC17 and I wonder whether quick charger BQ-CC55 on the right is good too and does not wear out batteries. It costs double of the price of 2 BQ-CC17 combined.
They all come with 4 batteries. I could get 8 batteries and have a total of 3 BQ-CC17 chargers or 4 batteries and have 1 of each charger type.

Quick chargers always reduce battery longevity.
That said Eneloops have so many cycles available already that some loss is not a big deal.
That said 3 hours is not bad (1/3C is a bit more than recommended but not by much) but if your concern is longest lifetime then stick with the one you have.
Since you said you already have the 17, in true BLF spirit why don’t you get the other too?
…and having a quick charger is not a bad idea either.
Or a charger with adjustable charging current.
