I think they have a bingo ball machine or raffle ticket system.
Orders go in as they are made, and picked at random.
Some get stuck to the walls of the drum because of the chewing gum inside.

It's not an IOS problem, it's a SingPost problem (and one that is apparently just the normal way SGP does things, guess they don't see anything wrong as they haven't seemed to change it).
SGP shipments take 3-4 weeks to reach the continental US, and that's starting from the time SGP has the package in their hands, not the date when the tracking number is created. I can't imagine they have a direct route from over there straight to Mauritius, so it's bound to take even longer even when everything is operating as intended.
My emitters and drivers came I after 5 weeks s I also sent an e mail to IOS and Hank Response was don't worry it will get there so patiently wait and wait some more.i know it takes forever but Hank is honest and IOS seems to be getting slower and slower but now that things are going through Singapore it is taking longer ,I am sorry you have to deal with this.
Thanks. In fact its good to know that it can take up to 8 weeks and even 10 weeks to get orders from IOS. I thought that china post was slow but then from Singapore I usually get orders less than 3 weeks. I thought that ios was sending orders from hong kong.
They are - SGP ships stuff from HK. The return address on SGP packages is just their main office or whatever.
Whatever carrier they are using, they should change it.
2 parcels I ordered on 19 Oct and 31 Nov both arrived on 18 Dec.
2 months. that’s a new record for me. Embrace the new tortoise delivery system.
The first was posted 8 days later and the 2nd 3 days later. intl-outdoor is not completely to blame.
So I just conclude that SGP has been stacking the parcels somewhere in their warehouse waiting for a tortoise to be free for delivery to the nearest sailing boat.
I have to agree that my orders from them were also pretty slow..
They vary for me, some have been very slow others quick. I placed an order and waited for ages, so long in fact the order I placed after the original one arrived first. I emailed Hank before the deadline, he said to wait, but also to file a PayPal dispute so I was protected. Anyway after a bit more waiting, instead of a refund he agreed to send the entire order again for me (which I asked for). Funnily enough about 2 weeks later the first order arrived, so I did the right thing and paid him again (was only a small order) ended up with a nice re-stocking to my modding kit haha.
Recently though the orders have been arriving quickly. Unfortunately sometimes it is out of the vendors control as the postal services really let them down. I would be inclined to wait a bit longer and then if it still doesn’t arrive, I am sure you could come to an agreement with Hank, whether it be a refund or re-sending of the order, I have found him very helpful in every purchase I have made.
I think you shouldn’t be so worried. Everything i ordered from IOS came, something sooner, something later, but nothing faster then 14 days. Also, imho, this isn’t a store that would rip you off for 15$. They would loose much more, if people started to talk bad about it.
offtopic: I ordered from ebay(china) a flashlight on 2.12.2013 and it came 16.12.2013, i would’t believe that is possible in december, BUT, i also oredered a knife from SBC trading(also ebay) on 12.11.2013 and it still hasn’t arrived.
