Offer withdrawn: Noctigon M43 Meteor XP-G2 S3 3D | Neutral White 7010 OTF Lumens

Not for sale anymore, I’ve decided to keep it.

This arrived two days ago. It’s insanely bright. That said, I’ve decided I just don’t need it.

It’s a Noctigon M43 Meteor. This is the XP-G2 S3 3D | Neutral White version that puts out a whooping 7010 OTF! The beam has a nice tint.

I have had this light out of the box and have ran it for maybe 30-45 minutes in the backyard. It still has that new flashlight smell :stuck_out_tongue: and is exactly like it came out of the box.

These are a little hard to get right now and this one is stateside and ready to go.

$170 Shipped & Insured USPS 2-3 day Priority. CONUS only please.

Oh no! Great price though.

Are you glad you kept the little light grenade?

I like the full turbo, then put it in tactical mode and you have a portable sunset/sunrise machine…

Works better than knocking on the door to get people to come out…. Even in daytime… LOL

No. There were things I absolutely loved about the light. It was the most well built flashlight I’ve ever handled. Everything about it just screamed quality and like you said, it was bright. On the other hand I couldn’t stand the UI. I finally got UI3 programmed to come on in medium and then double click to high and then turbo but it took forever to do it and I’m not sure if I could repeat it again. The UI was innovative BUT….THIS IS A FLASHLIGHT and I found all that crap to be very unnecessary. A simple 4 mode with a hidden strobe would have been much better. In the end the deciding factor was the beam pattern. I just couldn’t warm up to it. Personal preference but I just like a little more throw and a little less flood than this light offered.

I thought about relisting it here but with my low post count I figured it might have given cause for concern. After looking at it from the outside looking in I decided I wouldn’t buy a flashlight from me :stuck_out_tongue: with only a 15 post count so I listed it fleabay and it sold this morning for $160.

It was a great light in so many ways but just not for me.

Ahhh, got it, the UI is a huge part of any light. The biggest in my opinion actually. Totally understand that reason.

I agree about the simple mode, it would be great to have.

Have no worries here on BLF about low post count or some such, I think you are confusing this place with one that likes candles…

It is the best built light that I have ever handled as well, sorry to hear that you got rid of it. I believe that DBCustom (a member here) put in his own UI for the light. Keep looking around here, this place is a goldmine of information.

EDIT: By the way, kudos to you for buying a light that expensive, realizing you do not like it and getting rid of it with no negativity…. You will like it here…

The UI does take some time to learn and the M43 is leaned towards more experienced flashlight owners… I also wanted this light to have a “simple mode group” where the modes are fixed and impossible to accidentally access to any configuration. Maybe they can add that to the next version.

Nuclear cowboy I hope you can find a light you like! I think the nitecore TM16 or fenix tk75 suits your needs.
