4. Track the order until you get the goods.

Take note of number 2, you have to reorder to get broken items replaced
I could be wrong (yeah it happens) but thats what I make out of the very basic page.

It seems that basen currently is looking for dealers that intend to resell to end users. Most likely shipping will be too costly if you want to order less than a few dozen batteries of each type...
