OK……First attempt on a Uniquefire T-20 has not gone well. I have 3.5A at the emitter but no light. I swapped out the drive with an AK47 and soldered the 3rd star to the ground, soldered the spring back on new drive, Added a brass plug to the pill that’s .270 thick, Added 20mm copper star with XP-G2. The only thing I didn’t do was epoxy the star to the pill yet because I have a 940nm emitter on another star that I want to install. I have looked this thing over a 100 times!!! Did I blow the emitter |(

Did you try the paper clip test?maybe a bad tailcap switch or possibly loose?I would try that first before you tear it apart again.

I have 2 lights so I swapped the pills and the factory pill works fine. I didn’t install the lens so it’s an easy swap.
