Old postcards collection.... what to do with it?

I have over a hundred of old postcards.
Almost all of them are from the US.. ranging from beginning of 1900s till about 1970/80s??

I would like to sell them, but don`t really know how to go about.. as I am unaware of the actual value of the collection.

I hoped they would be worth a few dollars per card..

anyone knows something about old post cards?

90% are unused.. and about a handful have a stamp on the back.. (some stamped, some clean)

here a few pics:

This one on the left is a Leather postcard, from around 1910.. the rigt one seems to be a lot newer.

anyone can help me into the right direction?

It seems that collecting postcards is a very popular hobby, but there is not much money in it.

The collectors seems to use internet to some extent, not just postcards, to communicate.

If the postcards have some meaning for you, I would suggest that you make some form of collage and frame it. Perhaps arranged by theme. Cityscapes, nature, streetlife, buildings, country, age. I had some small value bills from different countries I've been to over the years, and did that with them. I steam-ironed them to remove wrinkles and folds. It became a very nice "painting" and it wasn't even very expensive, despite being made from money. People seem to check it out much more than my other paintings and etchings...

There are DIY frames with glass available in craft stores.

the DIY frames are quite interesting.. I still have some Taiwanese money that is out of use.

thanks for the links.. taking a look now

There’s only one thing you can do with a collection of post cards. Lay them out on a table, and take a lot of photos of them. List them on Ebay as an auction, and let the collectors or resellers price them. It is impossible for you to try and price them yourself individually.

anyone knows a collector that can help me?

I took photos of the first 70... (I probably have about 150-200)

I know that sometimes its better to sell them as a set/collection rather than one by one, as long as they aren`t very rare

Haven’t you consider these prints put for auctions? These are old enough and for sure the value is staggering.
