I just received mine hours ago, so far I have tried testing the D cell adaptor of my C9000 to the BT-C3100 if it can make contact and as you can see in my earlier post with pic, it can be used. Maybe in the coming days I can do some more tests and post it here, and as dchomak and Kar2009 posted earlier with photos, their units showed consistencies with regards to correct charge and discharge capacity readings.
As to the fan sound level you mentioned about your unit, it’s so quiet I cannot hear it as it did not engage since I only tried it for less than a minute yet, then unplug the charger. hahaha

Tomorrow I have to open paypal dispute, because it’s already 31 day after order has been made.
I agree that they are honest.
They have asked to investigate for a lot of time. So I’ve asked them for an update.
If they fail to do anything in a week after asking them to… well, you know, it’s a bit too much.
I myself thought of losing hope when my tracking seemed not to change for weeks. What does your tracking say now? Personally I would think trouble when tracking already says delivered and still you have not received it. In fact, I received mine yesterday after 32 days with tracking still posting another information, not delivery. Give it a little more patience perhaps? Is your package sent via Sweden post too?

Guess what, my friendly postman just sent me a text message, writing “you have two packages here with me”
As I always said, it just pops up like rabbit.
You can file a claim near the end of the 45-day window. I have asked Dora about this scenario in my case and she said GB will send another one if indeed it is lost, or Paypal is always behind us, either way we are protected. Worst case scenario: You waited for so many days (tough luck) and get your money back from Paypal.

And PostNL support tells it has been delivered to Rotterdam, Netherlands, which is not my city. It takes usually 1 day for the post to tavel inside netherlands.
So looks like the item has been simply lost. And support is still investigating.
So if it’s lost, they can provide a second tracking in paypal case. Looking at how much time it takes for track to start working, it’ll start around the end of 45 day period.
Oh now I remember you were the one who got the mix-up in the delivery. I guess all we can do now is hope for the package to be located and delivered to your address. Well Paypal is always there to back us up on cases like that.
On the lighter side, in the meantime before the 45-day window, maybe you should do the reverse, like ‘unexpect the expected’ perhaps?

That was really unexpected.
I recently recieved my charger. Yesterday I used it to charge 4 NCR18650B panasonics. It charged all of them up to 4.16V and displayed FULL on all channels. I confrmed the voltage with a DMM. Is this normal? my other chargers do charge the cells to 4.20V. I tried swapping the cells between different bays but I'm getting the same FULL message.
As soon as the charger displays FULL you must take them out and read the voltage with FLUKE. Letting the cells rest in the charger will give you lower reading because the voltage settles.
Order placed on the 20th. The most recent support ticket says they had to downgrade shipping option and that due to the dragon boat festival, shipment is delayed for another three days. I’m starting to wonder if they care about customer satisfaction.
