Last Monday DHL rang my doorbell and handed over my B-day present. Anyway, that was my first thought. The parcel came from Wurkkos and contained a box like we are used to, with a magnetic flap. In it an (off)white Wurkkos CL01 camping lantern, a manual, a soft pouch, a lanyard, a set of O-rings, and a short USB-C to USB-C cable.
The lantern, gifted to me by Wurkkos, is made of plastic, but does not feel cheap or tacky in any way. On top it has an electronic switch you can press and rotate, a handle to hang the lantern, and a flap covering the USB-C charging port. On the bottom side it has a 1/4" thread to fasten the lantern to a tripod, a glow in the dark ring, and a magnet.
So lots of possibilities to position the lantern where-ever you want. In it a Wurkkos 5,000 mAh 21700 flattop battery. The height of the lantern is 106.8mm (4.20"). The (maximum) diameter is 46.2mm (1.82"). It weighs 178 gram, including the 68 gram battery.
What we thought to be a harmonica part of the body are actually ridges in the transparent middle section to disperse the light better.
The CL01 comes with quite an extended UI, but for lazy people like me the main functions can be operated in a similar way the TS30S PRO does.
That is from off:
One click is on - one click is off.
From on: press and hold is up - press and hold is down.
While on: rotating the toggle back and forth allows you to set color temperature between 3000K and 6000K
Two clicks is turbo - one click is off.
While on: rotating the toggle back and forth allows you to set color temperature between 3000K and 6000K
The same can be done by press and holding, but in a more fluid way
Three clicks is RGB - one click is off.
While on: rotating the toggle back and forth allows you to choose the color
Four click is lock/unlock
And that’s just the quick intro. For UI fanatics there are lots of possibilities open for trying.
Could you hand this lantern over to your kids, going on a pony camp? I think you could.
It has reverse polarity protection, advanced temperature regulation, low voltage warning, and turns off below 2.8V.

Please forgive my rudimentary picture quality. Setting a proper white balance is one wizard level above my paygrade.
