I purchased a light from these guys on March 4th and they never took my money!
Did you file a Paypal dispute yet? 41 days is close enough.
Pay pal says the transaction has expired 
call paypal and tell them it's 41 days, not 45. I wouldn't put up with that crap
That means the seller didn't accept your payment. You should already have your money back.
