Not available anymore, but they work nicely, so I’m sure there are similar models with those LED panels vs those cone-shaped spotlights. I made a sort of stand and wired these to a regular power-cord, as I wanted them portable.
I keep mine on warm-white so they’re not as jarring, but they’re adjustable if you want jarring.
I also came across (ie, unearthed) a LED replacement spotlight bulb. Never knew they even made 'em. Looks to be a regular curly bulb but in a reflective cone-shaped bulb.
Not sure how directional you’d want them, as lots can belt out all the lemons you want, but it’ll be diffused light without much “reach”. Ain’t sure how directional LEDs can get, ie, whether they can match filament+reflector like with conventional hotwire bulbs.

As an electrician I’m gonna say if the photocell is only lasting 2 years you are replacing them with some really cheap junk or there is water leakage. I’d bet its water leaking around the cover gasket or the box mounting. A new fixture isn’t gonna last getting water in it.
I have installed 1000s of those dang things, even around my own place. I burn LED bulbs in them. I’ve never seen anything new that I would swap mine out with. I’m not a fan of any light fixture with built in LED lights. The fixture will always outlive the LEDs. A LED bulb is just about always cheaper than a quality led fixture. Just make sure it’s not some oddball LED bulb. I’ve seen some of them where you can’t find the correct bulb and/or by the time you do it’s almost cheaper just to replace the whole fixture again.
Stay away from big box stores if you want quality. They do sell some good stuff but you really have to know what you are looking at to tell. That requires having installed the cheap stuff and the good stuff to compare. I’d suggest looking for an electrical supply house locally and see what they have. You don’t have to buy their most expensive thing but even their lower end stuff is often way better than what lowes or home depot has.
