I have one of those. The current draw is in IMR territory - it pulls quite a bit more than 2A.

I love it. I have a review on Jayki, but it appears to be inaccessible just now. It is not a hand burner even at full power till the cell dies.

I've not even thought of modding it though an XM-L with the stock driver might be interesting though it would be pushing things even for an IMR 16340. It is a bit green and a bi ringy but I love it the way it is.

No idea I'm affraid, but I imagine it should - it looks like it makes the light the 15mm or so longer that it needs and possibly has a smaller bore to hold the 18650 reducing it's rattle.

The AK-12 is soldout. It's also crap.

There is a couple of nice little light newly arrived at MF

I've seen that body before, but I think it was rather more expensive.

A very neat little light at just 73mmx13mm

That is the same body as the Ultrafire SA-R2 which is about the same price, the Star Light R3, and the Lumintop Worm which is quite a bit more expensive:

It makes me think they're all the same light, but the Lumintop has maybe a custom driver.

That sky ray is a nice looking light

I don't know what I was thiking, I was sure I'd seen that body at $40 or there abouts before. Looks to be a nice light anyway.

Well, I won't apologize for hijacking, as I believe that's testament to a good topic. Wink

E1320, it's really surprising for this light to be such a good thrower with its modest overall length and rather stocky head (compared to my Manta Ray C8, for instance).

Could you tell us the current draw on each mode? I like the hefty look of this flashlight and the absence of disco modes is tempting indeed!

Thanks!

Foy should be getting his soon too. We need a couple full-on reviews of this light, it looks like everyone's dream light except for the bezel.

Hey, speaking of Payday, you think they could put a deduction in my check for Paypal? Sort of a direct deposit?

Agedbriar here you go Ultrafire UF980L

I will not be using this battery in this light since I do not want to destroy it!

Wow!

The unprotected battery gain is also much more than what I would expect.

Very informative, thank you.
