I have one of those. The current draw is in IMR territory - it pulls quite a bit more than 2A.
I love it. I have a review on Jayki, but it appears to be inaccessible just now. It is not a hand burner even at full power till the cell dies.
I've not even thought of modding it though an XM-L with the stock driver might be interesting though it would be pushing things even for an IMR 16340. It is a bit green and a bi ringy but I love it the way it is.
No idea I'm affraid, but I imagine it should - it looks like it makes the light the 15mm or so longer that it needs and possibly has a smaller bore to hold the 18650 reducing it's rattle.
That is the same body as the Ultrafire SA-R2 which is about the same price, the Star Light R3, and the Lumintop Worm which is quite a bit more expensive:
Well, I won't apologize for hijacking, as I believe that's testament to a good topic.
E1320, it's really surprising for this light to be such a good thrower with its modest overall length and rather stocky head (compared to my Manta Ray C8, for instance).
Could you tell us the current draw on each mode? I like the hefty look of this flashlight and the absence of disco modes is tempting indeed!
