Just arrived today, Convoy 4x18a for modding with a new reflector. 
Hoping I can squeeze it in there. LOL.

Is it possible to turn off the step down ? I may water cool it if it can be turned off or extended.

I would not advise buying this light, the beam is almost unusable. The counter-bore for the led is off center and tilts badly causing the led to shine off center of the reflector. the further away you shine the worse it is. Iām sure this could be an isolated light. This pic is the best I could take and this looks good compared to the actual view. The hot spot is not round.
