I often find meth heads dumpster diving behind a store that sells batteries and bulbs, it is amazing what they find. One guy pulled out an entire display of 12 brand new aluminum bodied flashlights. Just little multi LED triple AAA jobs. maybe 20 lumens, but the sheer number of 18650 cells they get out of the dumpster, tells me they do not recycle them at all.
