Please help identify this Li-Ion brand "TS"

Hello community.

Please is anyone here able to kindly help identify the brand or manufacturer of the following ICR cell.
There are no other markings or wrapper, other than as photographed:

It is pink wrap marked only with “TS 18650 2600 3.7V 0121“.

just a generic china cell.
test it and let us know how it does.
looks like the bak cells i have.

Hard to tell but are those tab spot welds on the button top?

Yep, right click and “view image” to see the full size image and it is clear that they are.

busted open a dell replacement pack that would not charge and found 6 ts blue cells inside.on the triton now to test.at the slow rate the voltage is rising at 1a they are probably good.
stay tuned…
