I opened two recycled Dell laptop battery packs and got 18 pcs of these:
It seems to be a LG cell and based on the pack information it should be 2600mAh. Can anyone help with further details? (can’t remember seeing this color before)
First nine were 4.25V and second nine 4.18V each.
1st cell gave only ~1100mAh with 1A discharge, but I have to check the capacity again after recharging…
Is the insulator on the top white? If so I think it may be a ICR18650C1, which is actually a 2800 mah cell.
They are the special ones that charge up to 4.35 volts, however charging them to 4.2 will lead to less capacity. They are rated for a 2c discharge so 5.4 amps. If you need any other info tell me. :D
