Pluzpower batteries?

Has anyone heard of or tried Pluzpower batteries?

They’re a UK brand in Yorkshire and claim to use Panasonic, Samsung etc cells and Japanese Seiko protection.

They seem good quality and legit but I don’t see any tests done on them nor anyone mentioning them here.

I guess not then

That is a common setup. Every thing is pretty standard if they are using original batteries and Seiko protection circuits they will perform the same as other cells that are the same setup. I think cells like Xtar and Keeppower plus more. Of course this does not guarantee that the cells you are buying from are good but if its all legit they should be.

What do they charge for a cell?
If a couple with shipping in UK is fair surely we will read about them
It is probably not good but I am used to paying $4-$5,50 for a good cell and £ € conversion and shipping UA likely to kill UK deals

PluzPower Protected NCR18650GA 3500mAh 3.7V 18650 Li-ion 10A Battery (Button Top)

These are 10 GBP per cell which is about 16 Aussie dollars (skipparoos). What is the import tax if any into the UK?

Its always going to be cheaper to buy from overseas.

There you go, I stick with Chinese suppliers

So where do you guys buy your cells from?

I guess Pluzpower is UK version of Orbtronics for the US. Only worth buying if you live in the UK.

I think this is the same company selling on eBay Pluzpower eBay

I buy my cells from China the usual places gearbest,Banggood, fasttech. I have bought a few from Aussie seller buy they charge so much for the same product. Lithiums are a niche item here. Heaps of reasonable EU shops you can buy from.

I see I can get a pair of Keeppower or EVVA 3500mah for £13.65 from Fasttech. So I can almost get a third battery too for the same price as two Pluzpower 3500’s. Although still, I don’t think that’s bad pricing from Pluzpower considering they’re from the UK.
I guess I was hoping that someone on BLF had tried and tested this brand against others to verify their claims.
I have seen some graphs online comparing Pluzpower to Xtar batteries which claim the Pluzpower to be ever so slightly better, apparently?
Who knows, eh?

I alway check Scam Adviser before i buy from any unkown website, Looks like the website is based in Germany.
