Ok- This is all pretty new to me since I got bitten by the flashlight bug just a short time ago but have gone through nearly 30 lights during the learning process. Started with all the low budget keychain lights up to the Imalent R60C which I like but cannot stand the button which I can not locate even with bare hands in the dark.
Just received my first Hank lights- D4V2 & D4K which I love already!
I am selling the R60C in search of something very similar but with a protruding or easily located button. Looking for something that will light up my front field- 900’ to the road and still fit in my pocket. Not a thrower as my little Speras M4 works for that but something floody, Prefer soda can vs long light.
The R60C is great for this BUT it must go.
Can some of you flashlight veterans provide a few ideas to shorten my investigation time?
Soda can, floody, still fits in a pocket….I have a Sofirn SP36 BLF in 5000k that fits that. The BLF edition has the LH351D emitters that are more floody. There is also an SP36 Pro that has different emitters for more throw.
3 x 18650 batteries
You can find them between ~$48-55 or so….great value.
Not a veteran here, but I also recommend a Sofirn SP36 BLF or SP36 Pro whichever beam shape you want more.
But if you want max output similar to the outgoing R60C, then Astrolux EC06, aka Sofirn Q8 Plus, is a candidate.
