I just noticed this for the first time…
Alkaleak batteries with “Power Boost™ Ingredients.”
I know that it’s just marketing bs, but in my native tongue (English) 
, it sounds pretty stupid. 
I imagine it is a marketing gimmick, though I could be wrong. Alkaline batteries can only get so good as the chemistry would limit you, and they will never be anywhere near a lithium battery of the same size.
It must be the stripes.
Used to make my car go faster too.
