Same factory is highly unlikely.

A factory in China by definition can be just a small office with 2 people working… Anyone can add protection pcb and rewrap cells with a spot welder and heatgun.

The EVVA batteries from Mountain Electronics (Richard) are Top quality at a good price from a Great supplier, & Highly recommended.

Btw, Genuine EVVA batteries are Very good quality.

Only have one set of evva batteries a set of 26650 I use in series from Richard and only have good things to say about them. And they are wearing evenly and charge within 50-100mah of each other usually.
